Why do wrestlers never get suspended or arrested for assaulting other wrestlers backstage? Isn't that illegal?

Probably bad for your career to not be willing to settle things in-house. Also bad for the industry if it gets overly litigious. I also wouldn't be surprised if there were arbitration clauses that stopped them from suing each other and pressing charges, but the laws on what you can wave the right to press charges over vary.

I didn't say you wouldn't get in trouble. I said that being willing to settles boys issues in the back where it belongs is much better than suing everyone. I'd rather employ a guy who plays ball and not cause a bunch of problems over a bit of fighting.
