I haven't seen many deathmatches besides clips so let's dive into the deep end with BJPW. The stomping on light tube was pretty based, getting most out of your audience for as little as possible. Hoshino is definitely better than Kobayashi at "actual" wrestling, but Kobayashi, maybe it's a deathmatch thing, fully got the crowd behind him. I will say the eating glass spot made me mark out. Not sure if Jap fluorescent tubes are more solid but the shots of the glass sticking out of their backs was sick. Fun match, not sure how to rate it though.
