Tony doesn't care about making money. He just wants to book wrestling and be friends with the boys. He pays WBD millions per year for TV time and overpays massively for their "partnership" with njpw. He got Wembley for a song thanks to Shad's connections so, he'll probably pay Okada and Osprey 7 figures to be on the big show as long as he gets to hug them.
