If it was just the Cena from the OP Pic, he'd have been realistically at least an All Asia Tag Champ. Potentially Real World Tag League winner and a Unified World Tag Champ. Do decent in the Champion's Carnival and maybe do 1-2 challenges for the TC.
But that's about it. Would likely be picked up by JR in WWF after a 1 or 2 appearance in ECW.
