Same group: Nash, Hogan, Bischoff, is what dragged down TNA. It's not that they suck, they should just never be in full control. People were sick of them by 1999, let alone by the time TNA came around.

debunked bullshit. He did not make that decision and even so, it was STILL the right decision. Goldberg beating DDP and Sting leading up to his title shot and being punked by Jericho already soured most of the crowd on him. He only got a massive pop because that's how over Hogan was from his godly heel work.

Yes, that's the same time Goldberg fucked up the entire main event scene by injuring himself and other key main event wrestlers. There wasn't anyone around to carry the load.
Goldberg has more responsibility killing WCW than ANYONE. He forced Raven and Jericho out of the company. The two biggest mid card stars, then shrank down the main event with injuries and killed everyone's finisher to put himself over. A guy who can't promo and wrestle a 10 minute match without getting winded, hurting himself and someone else. Like what a brilliant idea to give a clueless meathead who had to do it for real to seem credible, the biggest push to a dead end ever.

To be fair though it wasn't just him responsible for TNA success. Jeff Jarrett, Dutch Mantell, Jim Cornette and Vince Russo were all awesome at putting TNA together.
You had Jeff steering the ship, Russo's creative, Cornette cancelling out his dumb ideas and putting wrasslin spin on it, Dutch reeling in Cornette's antiquated wrestling autism. It was like all these opposing forces working in tandem to put on some good shit. AJ Styles, The Samoa Joe VS Angle feud, Main Event Mafia, X-Division, Beautiful People, Christian Coalition, Sting's big run etc friggin great stuff.

If Dixie had kept her nose out, let Jeff/Kurt work things out professionally and not bend over backwards for Hulk like a mark things wouldn't have gone to shit.
And no I'm not blaming Hulk, Eric or whoever who often are blamed TNA's fall. DIXIE was the one who signed away control and had no clue what she was getting into.
