1.Let wrestlers have full creative control
2.Reward them with a special moment just because they're on the roster
Vince's grip on the roster will be missed in a couple of years. With no checks and balances and a soft approach they will all get lazy and rebel more often, and you won't get the best out of the industry as its perceived as a fake thing and it's not taken seriously by the wrestlers anymore
