Kenny despite injuries, the Revolution bomb failure, and impact bullshit, had the best matches of any reign so far, had the Kino christian feud, and gave Hangman his time to shine so better than mox imo
Hangman after Dbry and despite having good matches with Archer and Konosuke had no direction because they wanted the belt on Punk, Hell they gave him a feud with Cole which had the potential to be good but Cole hasn't been good since 2017, dude was kinda fucked by the booking.

MJF has not evolved at all as champion and he's still doing the same shit he's always been doing, no substance promos and having other people wrestle their way to him and ultimately loose to him.
