For one part they won't train these girls into wrestling fundamentals leading them into a Nikita Lyons situation when they gonna get seriously injured every match and from the other side these girls really don't care enough for wrestling to learn fundamentals because they are more focused on the fame aspect of the business.
In the end it's a Win-win situation for the E all things considered you know? WWE knows that they can only export a select few from NXT into the main event scene and they also want NXT to succeed as its own thing so they milk the sex appeal of young female stars that they know won't wrestle seriously and in return they give them exposure for their social media to grow.
