Royal Rumble was fun but I only got through Night 1 of WM this year which is more wrestling than I've watched in any year since 2020

What alternatives are worth watching?
I stopped around 2019/2020
>WWE had the WOAT face champ run with Seth. Baron Corbin retired Angle
>NXT getting 5+ stars for self indulgent wankfests with Gargano, Cole and Ciampa
>Had hopes for AEW but didn't like it because I hate the super choreographed cooperative wrestling
>Everyone I liked in NJPW was falling apart physically, then there was all the shit with EVIL(who I used to be a big fan of) and the House of Torture

I actually kind of like NJPW now that the crowds are back, it's a great atmosphere but nowhere near what it used to be pre covid. A lot of people left like Ibushi who's freelance now and Jay White who went to AEW to stay in America full time so they're pushing guys like Sanada, it's not must watch but it's more interesting than you would expect, some young lions getting called up now too
AEW's done a lot of good and a lot of bad. Punk getting injured derailed it massively. Their PPVs starting with DoN 2021 are almost all worth watching (including the Ring of Honor ones after they bought ROH) but the TV has been pretty shit as of late. They're doing a Punk-centered brand split after they get a new TV deal next month so that's worth looking into. There are sort of like two sides to AEW, one is the wrasslin side with Bryan and shit and the other is the cooperative spotfest style, and I'm hoping the new show is more of the former and less of the latter

For pure wrestling I like NJPW and NOAH, AEW is a mixed bag, sometimes it's great and sometimes its shambolic. I'm looking forward to their PPVs at least, I'm sure Forbidden Door will be good.

It's worth getting back into. WWE isn't as dogshit anymore, check out Elimination Chamber, WM, Backlash to catch up. All three shows were really good with hot crowds.
AEW hasn't been as great but at least they're starting to try new things and Punk's impeding return will shake things up for better or worse. Not to mention Tony Kwab will probably pull out all the stops from his daddy's bank account to make All In at Wembley a good show.

I recommend XPW and MLW. NOAH is also good, as is most japanese wrestling. I also choose to support the NWA because of its historical importance but I don't know if I can really recommend it to anyone right now.
