Cody was offered the new Raw belt, but refused. He's pissed the fuck off that Roman screwed him over and pretty much confirmed to be on his way back to AEW the second his opt out clause can be used to escape his WWE contract kicks in.

Seth was then offered it but refused, citing again the poison chalic aspect of the new Raw title and Roman stringing him along with a Wrestlemania 40 main event/Roman putting him over.

So AJ Styles is winning the Raw title. He was moved to Smackdown to feud with Roman Reigns, but Roman continues to refuse to work with AJ. So he's being shuttled back to Raw. The Good Brothers won't be following him back to Raw.

The plan right now is that Roman/Solo will be made to put BOTH of Roman's belts on the line against both the tag titles and for Solo to eat the pin and trigger a title change. This is being done to damage control the continued backlash against Roman retaining at Wrestlemania via putting the belts on Sami and Kevin while protecting Roman via allowing him to blame his defeat on Solo to prevent anyone from getting the rub from beating Roman.

Kevin Owens will go to Raw with the World title, feud with AJ Styles and ultimately AJ will unify the new Raw belt with the World title and set up a feud with Cody. Sami will get the Universal title and do the fighting champion gimmick, facing Solo, Grayson Waller, and Sheamus. The tag titles meanwhile will be de-unifie and there will be tournaments for both. Johnny Gargano/Dexter Lumis will win the Raw tag titles and the Good Brothers will win the Smackdown tag titles, to make up for not going to Raw with AJ.

Roman is livid but Hunter basically told him he either drops the titles at NoC or has to work every Smackdown and PPV this summer along with house shows. And that if he tries to come up with an excuse to no show, Hunter will publicly force him to vacate the titles or vacate the titles on camera himself via edict.
