Maybe WWE could turn tragedy into great art by making an angle referencing the summer of 2010. It could start at a reunion show, all the legends in the ring, clearly tension between Darren Young and Bryan Danielson. Darren grabs the mike and demands all the legends leave except Bryan. He then cuts an ebonics-laden promo where he reveals that it was not just any group of AA's that assaulted Bryan that fateful night, but in fact AA wrestlers. He brings out, I dunno, Mark Henry and Titus O'Neil and the group begins to try to recreate 2010 in the middle of this very ring! There's a number of places you can go with this angle- personally, I like the idea of The New Day coming out to save Bryan as it can show that not all blacks wanna rape Bryan, but we can keep the angle purely black v. white as well. In a shocking turn, maybe Bryan could betray New Day and engage on some reverse, white-on-black-man-rape. What do you all think?
