I honestly thinks Tony can't see the viewer's / fan's perspective.

Tony's inability so see his product through the eyes of his main audience results in
- too many factions
- factions show up and vanish regularly
- factions get pushed for a couple of weeks then vanish
- trios galore
- the same booking over and over (see The Outcasts recently)
- run-ins over used
- bloated roster
- only a few talents getting regular TV time
- all to familiar pattern of: sign talent, have a debut, maybe a couple of TV matches, then vanish
- "special announcement" used too much
- bookers should not wrestle. See Christopher Daniels and Jeff Jarrett as examples
