Also the uncomfortable truth is that AEW fans don't actually care about the homegrown talent, beyond the flavours of the month. They just want to see The Elite and ex-WWE people

I'd say he has the strongest chance outside of MJF, Darby vs. Sting is a money match and a very strong main event for All In. Don't know if you could even get a main event that good from the other three.

If this 4 pillar label was in any way organic there would be interest in this match. There would be suspense in how it will play out. But it's not organic. It's forced as fuck and there's no other outcome than MJF retaining. No one in this match feels like a main eventer. No one feels like they progressed. They're just having this match because Tony ran out of ideas and is pulling this one out of his back pocket. Even the diehards can feel it which is why this feud is cold.

MJF is leagues ahead of these other guys and are bringing him down I'd argue.
AEW went in a full circle with their booking when it could have been Darby/MJF from the get go. Jungle Boy and Sammy just feel like needless side characters who are getting in the way.
Anyways, everyone knows MJF is retaining so that kills the hype too.
