He only seems like he has a huge power-level because the fed he's in is full of shitters. WWE hasn't created any stars except for Roman. It's the reason why no one is worthy of stripping him of the title so everyone has to go for the third prize which the RAW WHC belt. Quite sad actually.

No. The question is whether it's higher or lower, however, and that's mostly gonna depend on how you view the Bloodline's interference. On one hand, he's needed them to win, but on the other, a W is a W and caring whether or not he cheated is mark shit. So depends on how you look at it.
