The top aew women (Hayter, assorted joshi, Toni Storm) just lay their strikes in. Hitting hard is safe places isn't particularly dangerous. Running the ropes and doing forward rolls excessively is objectively far more dangerous than a bunch of forearms delivered correctly, or some chops.

Maybe you mean the low-tier shitters like Anna Jay? She's not really reflective of the division though...
