Defamation laws are serious there and there's just a general culture of staying silent regarding bad things. It would've been hard to get anyone besides Kyoko Kimura on the show.
Like they could have done one on jap hazing in general and the kid Kensuke Sasaki killed too. This goes for every company in Japan where shady shit goes down, not just wrestling where being secretive is the norm.

They still failed her, perhaps mental health wise, but nobody treats mental health seriously in Japan at all. But every company involved seemed to have some culpability.
