The classic example is WCW spoiling that Mankind would win the World Title that night, thinking it would kill WWF's ratings. But instead millions of people switched over to watch it because the product was good and they wanted to see it.
And the fact is a lot of AEW is not good, and Rampage is even worse because has completely given up on it. But here we go again, Tony has a shiny new toy called COLLISION!
