If we make it legal to own bears without a permit, a certain percentage will escape and cause problems for others. If we make DUI legal because "in traveling drunk not driving drunk" more people will get hurt.
If we strip consumer protection laws around things like housing, the consumers get fucked over more and people lose faith in the economy.
This is why most people grow out of libertarianism, we need government intervention where there is no profit margin. There is no money in protecting the economy, in helping the poor, and in basic social needs like trust in the products on the shelf.
