I don't know how to explain it, but basketball players aren't booked properly. T-Mac, Iverson, Yao, Arenas, Marbury, Steve Nash, Brandon Roy, Vince Carter, nobody in that list is close to the GOAT but they're big money draws who did so in a post Jordan era. Normal people know those players, even if not by name, they would recognize them. Steph Curry had a great gimmick with the three point bombs, Durant is the Triple H of the NBA, works with or against the guys that are over. Giannis and Jokic are literal whos. Doncic is more James Harden than Larry Bird, unfortunately. LeBron is the only draw left, in a complete shitter era personality wise. Scott Brooks, a referee, has better character development than the entire midcard. It's a disaster of a league and Adam Silver has less presence than 5'2 David Stern.
