I think the thing that really hurt them though was not starting a company wide angle that encompassed all the new people, it was similar to Jay White now, they debut and then they just don't really do anything important and people stop caring. As much as the women's division sucks, the whole Outsiders versus OGs is a fine angle that makes sense to build around, but the men's division didn't have that, it has tiny little bubbles and fiefdoms of Jericho and Elite doing their own thing and not intersecting.
