I think that Dom, much like Rock in 1997, is just starting to find his voice. Figuratively as well as literally -- Rock didn't find his cadence and rhythm until 1998, his delivery was stiff and weird. Much like Dom.
And I think Dom, much like the Rock, WILL find his voice, his cadence and rhythm, as a heel. And when they do the eventual turn back to babyface, he is going to be the most over person on the roster.
