Top 30. Would be fine in the top 20. It paved the way for the pushing of the envelope in the Attitude Era in such a direct and undeniable way that its influence has to be acknowledged. It's very derivative from older gimmicks (like "Exotic" Adrian Street), so I probably wouldn't put it above top 20.

I mean, when we talk about a "gimmick" in the sense of a character, there are very few better examples. And Dustin played it brilliantly. He deserves a first round ballot into the Hall of Fame.
