Cora being a "mean girl" type heel doesn't work. That gimmick requires either a height/weight advantage on most of your opponents or enough charisma to bury them on the mic. Cora is the shortest/skinniest and blandest female wrestler on nxt. She's a rare case where a heel turn did more harm than good for her career
