Seth isn't winning. By the time of WM40, Roman won't be too far away from Hogan's record which is the second longest title reign. He's about to hit 1000 days, Hogan's is 1474. That said, Roman/Seth is not the match at all. These two are just politicking to keep Cody and others down.
