Physical rehab is rapidly strengthening the muscles that atrophied from all the scar tissue that had formed and been destroyed. Wet cupping, stretching, and weekly massage and manipulation while continuing strength training and conditioning on this final stretch. I simply have to #FinishIt and have been protected and blessed to be the the first athlete to overcome needing and avoiding a 5 disc fusion and shoulder replacement to fully recover. Thank you @bioXcellerator and my amazing stem cell Dr. in Las Vegas, it’s going to be an incredible story that I look forward to telling very soon.
