If he's going to win and if Tony wanted a battle royal why not have Cassidy feud with Juice. Juice starts off saying Cassidy is only champion because of his friends (they prevent Juice from cheating a few times) then after a few weeks Juice can say he's going to get some friends of his own to make it even. Jay debuts, they feud with Cassidy then Cassidy can challenge Juice to a battle royal where he brings his friends and I (Cassidy) can bring my friends and the more the merrier etc
