First (and probably last) Dynamite I went to was the second episode, Boston 2019. There was Dynamite and a couple of dark matches afterward including the Kenny/Joey Janelly match. It was perfect for a weeknight and back when AEW had a bit of SOUL. I can’t imagine watching the slop they have today for 5 fucking hours let alone bringing my wife to sit amongst smelly troons.

Make ROH its own thing and book it at smaller venues (like what ROH or any high level indy runs). Do two tapings a month on two of Friday/Saturday/Sunday, tape two episodes per taping: one in the afternoon, break so people can get dinner and stuff, come back in the evening. Stick pretty much to east coast and tapings move up/down in an order fashion going from Florida up to New England and then back down. Don't put twenty matches on each taping but do like four or five of decent length (10-15 minutes; 20-25 minutes for a bigger title match which should be uncommon) to build up to the big shows i.e. Death Before Dishonor and whatnot. Also you're streaming the shit on your own platform, you're not bound to have every show be one hour or whatever like it's a regimented TV program.

Tony's problem is that he wants to be cheap but cheap in a way that's completely illogical and winds up doing more harm than good.

Tony should just outright buy the old ECW arena in Philly and have a live feed there every week on Saturday afternoon or something.
It'd be way cheaper, get a nostalgia pop for the venue and the travel expenses are put on the wrestlers.
