The legends of wrestling games, if polished and didn't feature a bunch of 80s guys could have been great.
The whole thing revolves around being able to modify your moves mid move, which makes it the perfect system for shindie wrestling. Doesn't really work you have One Man Gang doing it.

I still play that game and the last ecw one they made. both have fairly deep edit options and the career mode isnt that bad. Worst is learning your wrestlers moveset and getting good at it and after a bit of playing as someone you'll pick up the basics. decent game and fun with a friend or 3.

There were some changes like guys could bleed from any part of their body. There was a barbed wire that basically just meant if you whipped someone into the ropes they’d fall over instead of bouncing off. Could still climb the top rope though. And there was a match where the ground was replaced with lava so whoever got tossed out the ring first burst into flames.
