Probably she's just too expensive for most promotions who don't see a point in paying money they don't really have to bring her in so she can beat their wrestlers. Plus she'll probably make more money just doing her own shows, especially if she has a money mark backing her or something. Probably easier for most promotions to just bring in someone like Ryo Mizunami who's just as good, likely costs less, and will do a better job of making their wrestlers look good.
Asuka hates joshi wrestling as a whole (not just idol stuff, all of it) because it's not realistic enough for her because she's an Akira Maeda fangirl. Also because she had a shit attitude from the start which led to her clashing with Nanae and other vets. The two are likely related (shit attitude because she finds joshi too fake so acts like she knows better towards people who have been wrestling longer than her).
