What I'm mostly referring to at least in this occasion is that psychology is included in in-ring ability, obviously just being able to execute moves well doesn't really display your in-ring "ability".

As weird as it may sound "psychology" is on the in-ring and charisma limbo. I'd say just give it it's own category, it's always been ranked seperately anyways

Correct. What i always loved about rock was his mannerisms. That "football" pose he did with that focused stare, that walk around the ring like examining the field before a match, the ability to call matches on the fly... Dwayne is the goat on that regard. Randy is pretty good at it too, he gets no credit for it despite being the only OVW boy with any knowledge of in-ring psychology.

or 1 first. dont know. but theres been tons of boring shitters with good bodies and height. charisma (not mic skills) is the number 1 priority though. goldberg for example had tons of charisma. wasnt just about his look

I think as long as you've got two out of three of looks, mic work, and ring work above 8/10, you can get over. If you've got a decent gimmick, you don't need as much versatility.

We're on the same page. You need to be pretty good in two of look/mic work/ring work and not be absolutely abysmal at the other. There have been plenty of people who've been looks only that have been buried after their initial push.
