I just don't get how people were so hung up on Cody winning on his first ever world championship match. Like a week later people (who don't watch NJPW) were trying to compare it to SANADA but SANADA lost a lot before he actually did it.

Roman's title reign has run its course, there's literally no one left for him to fight. If they are giving Cody the belt, it should've been there, instead of wasting 1–2 whole years with Roman gone/doing nothing and Cody in pointless feuds with no stakes.

Yeah I see him winning it at summerslam or survivor series. I think that it's worth milking Usos vs Reigns/Solo for a while since the storyline has taken so long to get to this point. Then have Usos help Cody win the title.

Yeah, I guess him losing the Usos and them not being able to interfere to help him win is a pretty good storyline too. Something needs to happen to solo. It'd be kino if the Usos injured Solo before the rematch between Reigns and Cody
