I think Jade has shit to take care of outside of Wrestling and it came up last minute. Maybe Stat was scheduled to just make her return and not fight a match, but plans must've changed.

For real. The 3 year unbeaten streak gets paid off by a botched open challenge that made no sense, the heels gladly accepting an impromptu match after already competing and no build at all.

I actually said that Jade should lose the title a few weeks ago as she wasn't getting any more over, getting better or getting anyone else more over.

I didn't really like the way it was done. Taya looked bad losing twice in a row to Jade followed by Kris beating Jade like it was nothing. They could have built Kris up before having her win it and it would have helped both of them out more.

The big issue is going to be where it goes from here. Jade's not ready to be having longer matches consistently yet and she obviously can't keep running over people, but what do you really do with her then? And I do not look forward to Kris Statlander title matches every week....if she even stays healthy enough to do them. Those are not going to be good. I can just imagine the "classics" with Anna Jay, Julia Hart and Skye Blue that we are about to subject to.
