He's also much better at in-ring story telling. He's the perfect foible to guys like Omega, Danielson, Darby, etc.
The problem is that he's in a company that doesn't value any of that unless it's CM Punk doing it or some gay Elite lore shit. Tony Khan's booking is 95% making an epic matcherino announcement and then having a meaningless bangerino. It's just toys smashing each other. And yeah, that's not an environment where Jay White excels. Unfortunately, he's built for real wrestling promotions.
