Why is this the wrestler's job? Shouldn't the cameramen know to shoot the wrestler's faces and how to frame shots?

Hard cam is put amongst the fan's sitting area, which is far away from the ring. While cameras close to the ring can capture the face, I don't think that it will capture the whole pin properly

The hard cam is the main shot that shows the whole ring. That's why PROFESSIONAL wrestlers should always work to it because that's what fans at home usually see.
That and Kevin Dunn is probably just too lazy to find the right camera shots when they don't in the middle of all his other random camera cuts.
