Nah I'm all set on nintendos version of open worlds. Shit is like Ubisoft when every single game was climbing towers to unlock new regions for the same fucking missions in other regions except now they're over there too, they basically copy/pasted and tossed in some extra mechanics

Nintendorks were playing well made open world games years before morrowind came out. Other publishers made the worlds bigger but nintendo took the premise and made the first good games out of it

All I do is wander around collecting apples and mushrooms and roasting them by the fire while I struggle to find the motivation to trek to the third shrine in the opening area. Open world games of this nature exacerbate my OCD and I have to check out every little nook and cranny before I leave an area behind. I have been sticking things together with my grab ability for about 6 hours now and I don't know if I will ever get beyond it.
I need a clearly defined goal to keep shit moving.

rockstar doesn't do them right either, they're just there to waste your time as you travel between missions so people can say it took me 40 heckin hours to complete this game! while at least half of that is braindead traversal and other filler
