I honestly do not know what's going on with the animation. Sometimes it looks OK, sometimes it looks extremely amateur, like an ironic, crowd-sourced indie project level. This is Yukes, but they barely even animated the ring. And I know they know better, because they made HCTP and the ropes used to shake like crazy.

There's a lot of their trademark laziness in the vid, particularly the mat shaking for pure strikes, but still as diamond when a special hits. Ropes not moving at all when then bounce off them, but flopping all over the place when on the apron doing simple stuff.
