Tony Khan obviously negotiated contracts where these guys only are obligated to work so many dates. Daniel Bryan said AEW gave him a more favorable deal in terms of amount of dates he was required to work.
If Jericho, Cole, Mox, Bryan, Claudio, Omega don't want to work house shows and aren't contractually obligated, then how can Jarrett force them?
I think it's interesting that Darby and OC are the only day one guys who are putting in time at house shows... And headlining. And they're the probably the least cringe, most well liked OG AEW recruits.
