Yoshiko killed her, and killed mainstream joshi in the process too. They stopped training real wrestlers shortly after this match and started focusing on the shitty wannabe idol stuff still polluting the company today.
Do note that actual joshi wrestlers (read: not failed idols) like Nanae, who walked out of Stardom because of the treatment Yoshiko received in the aftermath, and even Mayu, who specficially requested a match with Yoshiko and wrestled her in Stardom at their 10th anniversary show, were always firmly on Yoshiko's side.
In short, Act fucking deserved it.
