Wrestling is fake. Everyone knows its fake. There's absolutely no reason to follow the boomer rules of making a match "believable" anymore. The next evolution of pro wrestling will be Street Fighter/Tekken in a ring and its going to be kino.

The things you think are being done for believability are being done to emotionally connect with the audience. Hogan and Cena didn't act like they were being murdered in a bear hug cause they care that you believe the bear hug is an effective martial arts hold. Same with movies, they should stop wasting their money on CGI, green screens, actors etc. and should just hire someone with good workrate (someone who reads at a good pace and has a nice voice) to read the script for the movie in front of a camera to own the stupid ass boomers.
