AEW wouldn't do recaps because there's no story to recap. AEW matches happen without rhyme or reason. There's no reason to cheer for one person over another because the majority of the roster has the same character of "I wrestle good and I'm happy to be here"

Weekly TV shows in WWE exist largely to build to the premium events. Wrestling is the key part, yes. That's the bit you are here to watch, the exciting dramatic part. That's why it's better to have a weekly show with -some- wrestling but which serves ultimately to build anticipation for the big matches at the less frequent premium shows which makes them more engaging to watch. AEW feels faster paced, you dont have someone come in the ring to do a promo and then goes to commercial right away, then a recap of what happened last week, talking about the card for the rest of the night, and then go back to the ring for the promo

The whole storyline of The Bloodline since Day 1 has been what side are the Usos on.
Vince created that storyline and it's still exactly what the whole storyline is about and even was during the Sami Uso parts.
