Wrestling today wouldn't suck since the Benoit incident would never have happened, thus no PG era, no crackdown on steroids and intense mother fuckers. Wrestling would be good. A mother and a young boy would still be alive too, so that's a bonus.

His overall career was mid. He had one heavyweight title run for like 5 months and then was relegated to the US title and tag team scene. He was never going to be a heavyweight champ again. At worst, he'd probably be working backstage. At best, he'd be managing Dominik against Rey.

eddie never needed to be pushed to the moon or a top guy. he was the perfect upper-midcard guy, perfect for cruiserweight stuff, perfect for IC title level match-of-the-night stuff, he still could've did the Rey feud and angle without being in the main event
even without the size vince still would've still appreciated his talents, it's not like eddie would've ever been a jobber

Jesse had pulmonary embolism because of blood clots, he would very likely have to retire because of that even today. But yeah Arn honestly just kwab'd himself by not getting someone to check on him. His issues would've been found much sooner with modern check-up protocols, so he would able to wrestle longer.
