I'm not even a Strowman fan but I'm glad I came across this thread due to the deadlifting risk info. I literally just put together a weightlifting plan recently including deadlifts and now I'm gonna go research to see if I should remove that from the routine. Thanks, lads

Don't worry about it too much. Deadlifts are hugely beneficial if done correctly (heavy weight, low reps, low sets). Just make sure you have the technique down and let it rip.
