I've always hated this mindset. You give plenty to the business when you're jobbing early in your career. "Giving back" almost always means ruining someone who's over by not having the guy people actually like win, and investing it in some dweeb who couldn't get over organically. idk i think it is at least in TNA you could see guys WWE would want to sign and other guys increasing their value so WWE signs them
