Tony should have killed ROH when he bought it. Use the tape library for leverage in streaming rights talks. But there's just no reason to keep ROH running anymore. It's a dead fed and has been for awhile. It's an embarrassment under Tony.

That tape library isn't even worth the cost of the actual DVDs it's burned on. It's not like they have historic footage of Andre, Flair, Hogan etc. It's just 360p home video tier camcorder garbage with horrific indy shitters for the most part. Streaming services want content without really caring about the quality, sure, but it has to be professionally produced so as not to make their platform look like shit.

This. Nobody gives a shit, even classic shit isn't worth much to WWE besides them making video packages. The amount of people who would actually watch old RoH is less than 10-15k.
WWE does 200-500k at best for their biggest moments ever put on Youtube for the whole world to see for free. HBO Max with RoH would be an embarrassment.

Nobody cares enough to pay money to see old Punk and Bryan matches, and no casual will ever seek it out or watch it. RoH vids are an extreme niche and the streaming bubble burst. HBO or Disney other platforms also have no crossover with wrestling. Not a single person will hop over to watch Davey Richards versus Roddy Strong after Sopranos or Little Mermaid.
