Nah. Got a shit ton of them but once show downloads started popping up in 720 or higher is when I dropped off. Think it was around Mania 24 or 25. Figured why pay $20-30 for a shit quality DVD when I could grab a high resolution mp4 for free. Respect to those who kept those home video releases alive though because they had a run way longer than I ever would've imagined.

Al was probably misquoted. You can't tell if the match is good or not based on sales since it isn't the match that draws, but rather it's the prospect of the match, i.e. the feud, the build, or sometimes just the idea of the match itself is enough to draw. But the match isn't good or bad yet because it hasn't happened yet.

Maybe what Al meant is that being able to draw is more important than being able to work a good match, which is true. And it's also true that the crowd will respond better if the match is between two guys that are actually over. Good wrestling only gets you so far.

tl;Dr - Al was a good worker but he wasn't a draw.
