There are three types of billed heights in wrestling.

The first is what I call the Stone Cold bill. This is the "billed" height that tries to tell the truth, though it might be an inch off. This is usually for guys who are legitimately 6'0/6'1 and happy to be so, because for some reason -- despite all the monsters over 6'5 that have come and gone -- people billed as 6'0/6'1 tend to have the best careers (Cena, Hart, Rollins, Michaels, SCSA, Ric Flair, etc.)

The second is the Jericho bill. This is for people who are 5'10/5'11, but billed as 6'1 (Punk) or -- as it says on the tin -- for people who are 5'9ish and billed as 6'0. This is the 2/3 inch build. The Rock, who is 6'3, would fall into this category because he desperately wants to be an even 6'5. Same with 6'2 HHH.

The third is the Adam Cole bill, also known as the Rey Mysterio bill. This is the bill for midgets who need an extra 4+ inches and delude themselves into thinking they're legitimately this size, though the world mocks them.

NOW there is an Adam Cole bill for giants who aren't quite 7'0 tall. Undertaker (6'8) and Kane (6'9) sound better as two seven footers. Same goes for the Big Show.
