When did Heyman start giving creative input? By all accounts its still Pritchard with Regal adding his two cents.

Heyman is just a character. If Triple H died, Jeremy Borash is his hand picked successor and the guy he's mentoring behind the scenes. Heyman won't book in WWE again.
