There's still a lot of stuff out there, like Cornette and Dave have a lot of tapes, Dave's are probably all ruined. A lot of the big marks like Hero have stuff too. I'm sure, legally, some of it is ok to use. He also has partnerships with plenty of companies so he should be able to negotiate with them. It's not so bad.
But also Tony is incompetent and it's a waste of time even thinking about this.
