Saw it live, brother. Well, in real time on TV. Back then you NEVER missed an episode of Saturday Night's Main Event.

First time I'd seen that before (leaving a tag partner to die in the ring). And then some lady in the crowd either grabbed or said something nasty to Sid and he acted like he was gonna back hand her and said,

This pro wrestling. Draw heat, rile up the crowd, then even the simplest things will get a huge reaction. Instead, most wrestlers today don't bother building heat or working the crowd. They flip around like gymnasts, everything they do looks fake as fuck, and the crowds cheer for both because no one has any heat, and every match is near 15 minutes long with multiple finisher kickouts.
