He's waging total physical and psychological warfare against Cody, Roman, the Bloodline, and Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. You make it seem like Bron could take out Cody or Roman alone, but his lack of experience and lack of allies bites him in the ass. What he does to counter this is the terror campaign against them and their allies. Bron could cut a nice promo about wanting to finish Cody's story by ending his career. He wants the belt off Roman, and he wants him out of the picture because he's a threat. He thinks Cody is a weasle who will give him problems if he's not taken care of before he gets the belt.
